Atty. Mark Kimuelle B. Portento is a graduate of Bachelor of Laws from the University of Santo Tomas. In his early years in the legal profession, he has handled corporate matters, including but not limited to incorporation, merger and consolidation, and corporate legal advisory. He is likewise equipped with knowledge in taxation law, specifically corporate tax assessments, requests for tax exemption rulings, closures of corporate businesses, and tax advisories for both international and local taxes.
