Atty. Dictador V. Untayao
Atty.Untayao,LL.M. is a member in good standing of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) since 2010. He holds a degree in Economics and graduated with Academic Honor. After passing the bar, he worked with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and was exposed to the resolution of numerous labor disputes. He also worked as consultant for the Department of Education and as city election supervisor for the Commission on Elections (COMELEC).Presently, he is the Chief Legal Counsel and Head of Legal Department of GDS Capital Incorporated.
Atty. Mark Kimuelle B. Portento
Atty. Mark Kimuelle B. Portento is a graduate of Bachelor of Laws from the University of Santo Tomas. In his early years in the legal profession, he has handled corporate matters, including but not limited to incorporation, merger and consolidation, and corporate legal advisory. He is likewise equipped with knowledge in taxation law, specifically corporate tax assessments, requests for tax exemption rulings, closures of corporate businesses, and tax advisories for both international and local taxes. He also has handled civil, criminal, and labor law matters for various clients.
