Anyone who commits the above acts will be subject to the following penalties:
a. First-time offenders shall be subject to a fine of One Thousand Pesos (₱1 000.00) and twelve (12) hours of community service, (including participation in gender sensitivity workshops co-organized by the Police, LGUs and PCW
b. A second offense is punishable by arrest (6 to 10 days) or a fine of 3,000 pesos (₱3,000.00);
c. A third offense is punishable by arrest (11 to 30 days) and a fine of 10,000 pesos (₱10,000.00).

Second degree violation

Anyone who commits the above acts will be subject to the following penalties:
a. First-time offenders will be subject to a fine of Ten Thousand Pesos (￥10,000.00) and twelve (12) hours of community service, including participation in gender sensitivity workshops co-organized by the police, local government units and PCW;
b. The second offense will be punished by arrest (11 to 30 days) or a fine of 15,000 pesos (￥15,000.00);
c. A third offense is punishable by arrest (1 month and 1 day to 6 months) and a fine of 20,000 pesos (₱20,000.00).

2. Touching, pinching or rubbing private parts or any part of the victim's body.
Anyone who commits the above acts will be subject to the following penalties:
a. First-time offenders are subject to arrest (11 to 30 days) or a fine of 30,000 pesos (￥30,000.00) and must attend gender sensitivity workshops co-organized by the police, local government units and PCW
b. The second offense will be punished by arrest (from 1 month and 1 day to 6 months) or a fine of 50,000 pesos (￥50,000.00);
c. A third offense will result in a maximum arrest warrant or a fine of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (￥100,000.00).
Level 4 Violation
1. Make sexist remarks in public articles or private messages;
2. Network tracking and continuous sending of information
3. Impersonate the victim or fabricate lies to damage the victim’s reputation
4. Sending false reports to online platforms to force victims to remain silent
This law also applies to online sexual harassment, including but not limited to using online information to intimidate the body and mind; posting discriminatory and hateful speeches on the Internet; doxxing and constantly sending harassing information; recording, uploading and sharing any information without the consent of others. form of audio and video files containing sexual content; impersonate others online to publish lies to damage others' reputation; or submit false reports to online platforms to coerce victims, etc.

Any offender found to have engaged in sexual harassment online on the basis of gender may, at the discretion of the court, impose a term of imprisonment of a medium term or a fine of not less than one million dollars (₱100,000.00) but not exceeding five million dollars (₱ 500,000.00), or both.
No matter where you are, you should strictly demand yourself on a moral level. Don't feel that being abroad is like being outside the law. Only by respecting others can you gain more respect.
